INGREDIENTS

Flour 1 cup

Sugar 1 cup

Badam almonds 1 cup

Ghee 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Few dry fruits(chooped) 1/4 cup

Milk/almonds milk 2 cups

Raw khoya (optional) 1 tsp

Hot water - to soak

METHOD

1.Firstly soak 1 cup almonds in enough hot water for 15/30 minuts.

2.Further peel the skin and cut into flakes or small pieces.
