Sorghum Gorimetteelu
Sorghum flour - 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Chilli powderand Oil
As required.
Prepare dough with sorghum flour and maida
Add small quantity of hot oil while dough making
Roll the roti fromthedough
Make shapes manually and press inbetweenwithfingers
Fry the prepared gorimettalu in oil
Excess oil is to be drained using tissuepaperbeforeserving
