Sorghum Sweet Biscuits
Dehulled sorghum flour
Refined wheat flour
Skimmed milk powder
Baking powder
Fat
Sugar
Vanilla essenceand salt.
Creaming of fat and sugarisdone i n p l a n e t a r y m i x e r f o r 30 min
Then add flour and other ingredients to the creamed mixture
Make the mixture in to soft dough
Roll the dough and cut it into moulds
O Bake the moulds at 150 C for 15- 20 mins
Then cool them for some time and pack
