SorghumIdli
Sorghum idli rawa - 3 cups and black gramdal- 1 cup
Make batter with soaked (overnight) blackgramdal
Mix washed sorghum fine semolina to the batter, add saltto t a s t e a n d a l l o w i t f o r fermentation
Pour the batter in to greased stainless steel idli molds and steamfor15-20 min
Servehotwithchutney
