Masala Parotta
Wheat flour-1 cup
red chili powder-1/2 tea spoon
salt-as per your taste
garam masala- 1/2 tea spoon
finely chopped coriander leaves- 2-3 table spoons
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tea spoon
curd-2-3 table spoons
cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
dry mango powder-1/2 tea spoon
1.Take flour in a bowl. Throw all the spice powders one by one like, red chili powder,salt,garam masala,salt,finely chopped coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste,curd,cumin powder.. Mix weel and using water knead into a soft dough..
2.Rest it for 15 minutes and divide into same size balls.Roll them like Parotta/ roti by using some more flour. Using oil on tawa fry both sides and serve hot with some pickle and yogurt.
