Mix gram flour, rice flour, Chilli powder(kaaram), salt, black pepper(miriyalu), butter together, knead everything as dough with enough water.Heat oil in a wok.
Put a small ball of dough in muruku presses with star nozzle n press it in hot oil.
Deep fry to golden brown.Take out and put it on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Besan flour muruku is ready. Store in an air-tight container.
