Wash and soak roasted gram in water.
Soak rice in the water, dry them and make it powder in mill
Add chili paste, ginger + garlic paste, asafetida, salt, cumin seeds, curry leaves, soaked roasted gram, butter, water needed to make paste
Make them in to small balls, press the balls in to thin layer on polythene cover with butter
Fry the pressed balls in oil thoroughly one by one (don’t make them too fried in oil)
Then store in a dry container (can be fresh for 1month)
