Tea Masala
Kentucky Tea
2 ounces Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey
1/2 ounce lemon juice
3 ounces lemon/mint/eucalyptus infusion* (directions below)
Fresh mint for garnish
1.Fill an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice.
2.Add bourbon and lemon juice.
3.Add lemon/mint/eucalyptus infusion and stir to incorporate.
4.Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

a.1 bag Smith Teamaker Mint Tea
b.Lemon peel
c.1 eucalyptus leaf
d.1 cup hot water
e.Honey
6.Add tea, lemon, and eucalyptus to one cup of hot (not boiling) water.
7.Steep for 15 minutes, then strain.
8.Add honey to taste.
