Home Made Masala
Kollu (Horse gram) Podi
Kollu – 1 cup
Red Chillies – 4 to 5 Nos
Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Jeera – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
1.Fry the listed ingredients (except salt) separately one by one and cool it.
2.Add salt and grind to a fine powder.
3.This can be eaten mixed with hot rice along with a teaspoon of ghee or gingelly oil.
