Honey Banana Shake
2 Cups milk
1 Cup fresh thick curds (dahi)
4 Ripe bananas, sliced
2 Tbsp honey
6 Crushed ice-cubes
Combine the curds, banana and honey and blend in a blender until smooth.
Add the crushed ice cubes and milk and blend again for a few seconds.
Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
