Black gram Bonda
Black gram-1 cup
Rice flour-1 tsp
Black pepper(miriyalu)-1 tsp
Salt-as required
Oil-as required.
Soak black gram in water for one hour and later grind it to make thick batter. Add rice flour, salt, black pepper(miriyalu) to the grinded paste.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, take small portions of batter and drop slowly into the oil.Fry both sides until brown then remove oil.
Serve it hot with coconut chutney, pudina chutney.
