Ada( (Adai))
Rice – 1/4kg
Black gram splits – 100gms
Red gram dal – 100gms
Bengal gram splits – 50gms
Green Gram/Mung Bean splits – 50gms 
Green chili – 4
Red chili – 4
Hing – 1/4tspoon
Onion – 1
Salt-for-taste
Curry leaves
Mix all the dals and soak them for 4 hours.
Soak the rice separately for 3 hours.
Mix both of them and grind along with add green chili, Red chili, salt prepare the batter just like dosa batter.
Add Hing, chopped onions, Curry leaves to the batter and mix completely.
Then keep a pan on stove add oil then add batter and roast both the sides just like dosa.
