Fish –½ kg
All-purpose flour – 1cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1tspoon
Ajinomoto little bit
Chat masala –¼ tspoon
Lemon juice – 1tspoon
Coriander powder – 1tspoon
Chili powder – 1tspoon
Turmeric powder –¼ tspoon
Black pepper powder –¼ tspoon
Chopped Onions –½ cup
Green chili – 2
Butter – 50gms
Baking powder – little bit
Dalda – 1tspoon

1.Take bowl mix flour, salt, Dalda Add water little by little, form tight dough and keep aside for 1 hour.
2.Heat butter in a pan let it warm then add chopped onions, green chili pieces, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, black pepper powder , turmeric powder, chat masala, Ajinomoto, coriander powder add them one by one and stir till onions turns in to slightly brown color.
3. Then add the smashed fish pieces (remove thorns) and stir continuously and mix well.
4.Take a lime sized ball of dough and roll out in a circle.
5. Cut the round into half and fold each piece in to cone shape and stuff the prepared stuffed mixture and Press the edges together to seal using water.
6.Each half makes one Samosa each.
7.Heat oil for frying and keep it on medium heat. Add the Samosas into the hot oil and fry on both sides till they are golden brown.
