1.combine both the rice and moong dal together and make as flour in a mill. Keep it aside.
2.When the powder gets cool down, add salt, vamu to the flour and add water to make it into a thick paste.
3.Take small portion and place it in murukku pipe Do deep fry and remove from heat and take into a bowl or plate.
