Curd – 1 Lit
Green chilies – 10
Amaranthus leaves – 1 Cup
Spinach – 1 Cup
Chukka kura – 1 Cup
Gongura – 1 Cup
Mint leaves – ½ cup
coriander leaves – ½ cup
For Tampering
Mustard seeds – 1 Tsp
Urad Dal for tampering – 1 Tsp
Ginger – 1 Tsp
Dried chilies – 6
Cumin seeds – 1Tsp
Oil – As required

Procedure

1. Mix the urad dal batter along with all the leafy vegetables like vada batter and later fry this batter like vadas.
2. Later fry the tampering seeds in different pan and pour curd in this pan.
3. Later add the fried vada to this curd mixture to make dahi vadas.
