Spring Rolls Noodles
Noodles – 1Roll
Maida (All-purpose flour) – 1cup
Ajna motto little bit
Pepper powder – 1tspoon
Chopped cabbage – 1/2cup
Carrot – 1
Chopped beans – ¼ cup
Spring onions – ½ cup
Chopped green chilies – 1tspoon
Baking powder little bit
Oil – 5tspoons
Note: Don’t use chili powder.

1.Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder add salt and clarified butter and knead it properly.
2.Now make small even sized balls from the flour.
3.Keep kadai on stove and add 6 glasses of water, let the water boil add 1/2tspoon of salt, 1tspoon of oil, 1 roll of noodle.
4.Let the noodles cooked completely then keep aside.
5. Keep pan on stove and Roast the vegetables in 2 tsps of oil let them fry then add pepper powder, salt, Ajna motto, Chili sauce and let them fry.
6.Then add cooked noodles and mix them well.
7.Flatten these balls prepared with maida in the shape of circles and place the vegetables recipe prepared inside and using water fold the circles.
8.Keep a pan on stove and add oil for deep fry and fry them in oil.
