Raw banana – 1
Bengal gram flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – ½ cup
Chili powder – 1/4tspoon
Baking soda – little bit
Carom seeds – 1/4tspoon

1.Peal the raw banana and chop to medium size slices.
2.Take Bengal gram flour and rice flour in a bowl and mix well.  To it add salt, chili powder, baking soda, Carom seeds.
3.Make a smooth but thick batter by adding sufficient water.
4.Heat sufficient oil in a pan for deep fry.  Dip each banana slice in the batter and carefully leave it in the oil.
