Mirchi Bajji

Bajji Mirchi – 6
Bengal gram flour – 1 cup
Paneer – 100gms
Amchur/Amchoor powder – 1/2tspoon
Lemon juice – 1 ½ tspoon
Chili powder – 1tspoon
Salt-for-taste
Baking soda – Little bit
Coriander leaves
Potato – 1
Coriander powder – 1/2tspoon
Cumin seeds powder - 1tspoon
Oil for deep fry
Rice flour – 1tspoon

Procedure

1.Take a bowl and prepare the batter with Bengal gram flour, Rice flour, baking soda, salt add the one by one and mix them using water. Make a smooth but thick batter 
2.Keep a cooker on stove add cook potatoes, then peel off the skin and then smash and set aside.
3.Take a bowl and prepare stuffed mixture, grated paneer, smashed potato, salt, Amchoor powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice mix them and stuff inside the Bujji.
4. Heat sufficient oil for deep fry in a pan.  Now dip the stuffed green chilies in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.  Remove and drain on a kitchen paper.
