Procedure

1.Wash amaranthus thoroughly and cut them into small pieces and add salt, green chilies, somp, onion pieces, baking soda, garlic paste and mix them thoroughly.
2.Now add roasted gram powder, corn flour and make them into paste.
3.Now by making hands wet make the paste into balls and fry them in oil.
3.Now sprinkle the chat masala on bondas for taste
