all purpose flour-1cup
wheat flour-1cup
salt-to taste
warm water-to make dough

1.mix all the ings and make into a fine dough
2.apply the oil on top of the dough and keep in rest for 15-20mins
3.now divide the dough into equal size parts..start rolling like chapathi
4.apply some oil on the chapathi and spread evenly...and sprinkle some flour
5.now start folding it like a saree fleet..(see the image below)
6.curl it into form a round shape.apply some oil on top.
7.now again roll it like chapathi and cook in a pan applying oil or ghee on both sides.
8.after done remove it and serve with any kurma or gravy.
